Training

FEAF, from the beginning of its life, has participated and managed numerous training initiatives, both for active workers and unemployed people, taking as a reference various diagnoses of training needs carried out.

Training for active workers

From the hand of Hobetuz and the Tripartite Foundation for Employment Training, until 2014 a total of 476 training actions, 40,909 hours of training and 5,389 workers were managed.

At this time and with the collaboration of specialized entities (metallurgical and technological centers, training centers, independent professionals, etc.) we advise our companies on any training need they need to cover.

Training for unemployed people

The FEAF has extensive experience in designing training programs aimed, on the one hand, meeting the needs of qualified personnel in our companies and, on the other, collaborating in the job placement of unemployed people.
