E-DECOM project

The E-Decom project aims to promote the development of innovative content in E-learning, with state-of-the-art tools that serve as support to provide training in the environment of companies in the Foundry Sector.

Objective

Develop the Learning Environment promoting pedagogical innovation in training in organizations of the Foundry Sector, transferring the DIPROCU methodology to diagnose training needs in companies.

To achieve this goal, an Electronic Learning System was created in order to develop key skills and competencies in the Foundry Sector.

Expected Results

The beneficiaries in the short and medium term are the SMEs of the Foundry Sector, their workers as well as the new incorporations to the Sector, in addition to the Qualifications Systems and the entities involved in Continuous Training, establishing and reinforcing the link and approach of the education system -training to the production system.
